This is a $32 million bond proposal with an estimated 4.5% interest rate with a term of 30 years.

Construction on the Comprehensive High School would be set to start early 2024. The renovations at the Elementary would be set to get started as early as Summer 2023.

The projected opening date for the High School would be August 2026.

Through much deliberation with the architects, it was determined that to effectively renovate they would need to “take it down to the studs”. In addition, this would be an extensive and lengthy process and would more than likely require our students and teachers to be in portable buildings for 1-2 years.
